Based on the Earth Elite Forces recruitment poster from the Dr. Grordbort's book Victory, the Earth Elite Forces statue could have been the first figurative sculpture intended for release as a collectible as part of the Dr. Grordbort's property.

The statue took it's inspiration from Chinese and Russian state-sponsored art, with its brutal, angular lines, and was intended to resemble monumental propagandist sculpture.
