Drawn together by a shared purpose, yet burdened by private doubts and diverging pasts, nine set forth from Rivendell. Each from a different race, with different beliefs, and different reasons for answering the call. Strangers still, their trust uncertain, their task immense. But through scattered conversations and shared glances on the road, something deeper began to take shape. In the wilds and the ruins, through peril and persistence, a seed of fellowship took root.
This Masters Collection piece captures the Fellowship at a defining moment in their journey, as they ascend a shattered staircase deep within the halls of Moria. Surrounded by the ruined grandeur of a once-great Dwarven kingdom, they are no longer just a group of individuals bound by duty. Their unity has been forged in shadow and tested by fire. Here, they are whole.
Every member of the Fellowship is brought to life with profound care and artistry. Legolas scouts ahead, light of step and ever watchful. Gandalf leads, steady and reassuring, guiding Frodo with a quiet strength. Merry and Pippin remain curious and close, their spirits not yet dulled by the dark. Gimli climbs with solemn reverence, the weight of his people’s loss etched into his stance. Boromir lends his strength to help Sam, a quiet gesture of compassion and character. And at the rear, Aragorn watches over them all, protector and shepherd of this fragile hope.
Below, in the shadows, creeps Gollum. Wretched, broken, and consumed. His presence lingers, subtle yet potent, a whispered warning of the burden still to come.
"The collective endeavours of so many of our team the past year have cumulated in our most substantial and inspiring collectible sculpture to date. A celebration of the Fellowship that we all love with every character realised at the highest levels of our mastery and craftsmanship, and a narrative thread that spirals through the figures as they ascend the stairs of Moria."

Crafted by a fellowship of our own, this sculpture is the result of collaboration between multiple artists including (but not limited to) 12 sculptors, 16 technicians, 9 painters, 2 concept artists, 2 art directors, 1 Tolkien scholar, and over 7000 hours of work.
Each brought their own vision and skill to a specific element, character, environment, and composition, complementing one another to create something far greater than the sum of its parts. From concept design to final execution, every decision was intentional, every detail deliberate.
This is our largest Masters Collection to date, featuring ten fully sculpted characters, one fallen dwarf, one goblin corpse, and an environment rendered with breathtaking detail. Every cracked stone and weathered cloak tells a story. Every brush of texture, a reverent nod to a tale beloved across generations.
Beyond just a single moment, this is a culmination of stories. A tribute to the strength found in unity, the courage forged through trust, and the enduring power of Fellowship.
