This poster is a beautiful collection of photos of some of the props created by the artists and craftsmen at Weta for The Lord Of The Rings trilogy. These shields are the ones used in the movies. Individually named are 16 of the most iconic shields from the movies. Some, like Boromir's and Éowyn's belonging to a hero or heroine. Others born by the armies of Middle-earth in battle at Helm's Deep, on the Pelennor fields and even at the time of the Last Alliance of Elves and Men.

So far, four of the shields on the poster are available as collectible miniatures - the Númenórean, Easterling, Rohirrim Royal Guard and Gil-galad shields.
