Drawing up at the bank of the Nen Hithoel Lake on the journey south, the Fellowship beaches their Elven boats and prepares to make camp on the slopes of Amon Hen. A gentle hill, crowned by the ancient ruins of the Seeing Seat, the hill is densely wooded, making it easy to become lost or surprised. Among the Fellowship, only Legolas feels the creeping onset of fear as a nameless danger seems to draw about them. Something evil approaches, and a fateful moment draws near. As the party disperses to gather firewood, Frodo finds himself alone with Boromir and the power of the Ring begins to work its evil upon the warrior.

As seen in The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring, this polystone environment captures the ancient ruins of the Seeing Seat, where Frodo encounters the farseeing Eye of Sauron. Each piece is hand cast and hand painted. The underside of the environment base includes the artist's signature and edition size.
