A one-of-a-kind, hand-painted vinyl collectible, created in the Workshop. Given away to a lucky winner randomly drawn among all the Weta newsletter subscribers.

The inspiration came from imagining Gandalf cruising through the forest, immersed in the undergrowth, one with nature. What if Gandalf oversaw the forests and not Radagast? The concept of Gandalf the Green came from Weta's Kane McGillicuddy. Kane is an Operations Administrator for our Collectibles team, helping to make sure orders get into the hands of fans all over the world. For this Remix, he teamed up with Project Supervisor Mark Dewes and Painter Sourisak Chanpaseuth to bring his idea to life. Mark helped convert Kane’s idea into a concept image, which was then handed to Sourisak.
