The leader of the rescue mission, Jack Driscoll is the scriptwriter tricked by fanatical filmmaker Carl Denham to help him produce his movie. Initially one of Ann's biggest critics, over the course of the voyage Driscoll begins to feel an affection for her and strives to protect her from the journey's inherent dangers.

Jack Driscoll and Carl Denham struggle for their lives when they fall into the bottom of a slime-filled ravine, whilst in pursuit of Ann. Emerging from the murk all around them, creatures of hellish description attack, forcing them to do whatever they can to protect themselves.

The official collectibles from Peter Jackson's epic retelling of the 1930's classic film, 'King Kong'. This unique range comes directly from the artists of Weta Workshop, the same team responsible for the creation of Kong's world. Weta Sculptor David Meng says the real challenge was creating the figures directly from scratch from photographs. He even found himself imitating the characters to ensure likeness! "We use photos for the likeness and I also brought in DVD's on Jack Black and Adrien Brody's movies to watch their faces and really soak that in", he reveals. "If a character is doing a pose, I try the pose out for myself so I can see where I'm stressing and what muscles I'm using."
